Oxford Arts Alliance 7th Annual Juried Exhibition

This past Friday was the opening of the Oxford Arts Alliance 7th Annual National Juried Exhibition in Oxford, Pennsylvania. In September I learned my floral oil painting, Marigolds at Dusk, was accepted into the show. It was both a shock and an honor to have my work selected as one of thirty exhibiting artists.

The show was open to all types of art; works done in paint, mixed media, sculpture, even film were displayed. Surprisingly, such a diverse collection of works maintained an aesthetic of harmony.

The show is up through November 12th, so if you happen to find yourself in northern Delaware or southeast PA with some free time on your hands, stop by and see the exhibition in person. (Photos never really do an artist’s work justice. Plus, it's a really scenic area with a cute town!) However, if you are unable to see the show in person, the next best thing would be to click here to see the all the selected works.

Thank you to Oxford Arts Alliance for hosting and Juror Charles Goolsby for selecting my work for the show. If you attended the show or clicked the link, is there a particular work that speaks to you? Tell me in the comments!
