Frequently Asked Questions

If I order a commission, how long does it take?

For commissioned painting, the short answer is that it varies. Because my workload fluctuates throughout the year (during the holidays especially) there may be another or several commissions ahead of yours. In order for me to provide the necessary level of attention and detail to each commission, there's a possibility it may take me longer to begin your project. I will always let you know where you stand in the queue and please advise me of any deadlines so I can ensure I meet your expectations.


When will my order ship?

For paintings ordered through the 'Shop' page of the website (not commissions), I aim to ship your order within three business days. However, most often I am able to get your order out the next day.

How do you ship my order?

I pack every painting with love and the utmost attention to detail. I spend a great deal of time on each painting, and I want it to arrive to you in pristine condition. I only send out paintings packaged how I would want to receive them. I save and reuse packaging materials. Your order may arrive in a box or a well-packaged envelope depending on the size and the packaging requirements for the painting.  

For smaller paintings, I ship via USPS. For larger paintings, I generally ship via UPS, though this is not guaranteed. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. 

Do you ship to my country?

I currently only ship to the US & Canada.
