Return Policy

Thank you for supporting small business. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund*. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

*Please note this is for products purchased through the Holly Bianchi Fine Art 'Shop' page, and does not apply to custom work or commissioned work.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery. All returns must be in original condition and free of damage.

To initiate a return, please email info@hollybianchi.com for further instructions. Please carefully pack the artwork back in its original packaging.

Shipping charges will be paid at the expense of the customer and a trackable method will be required to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the artwork, a refund will be given. No refund or a partial refund will be given for artwork that is damaged due to poor packing at the discretion of Holly Bianchi Fine Art. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of the artwork to process your return. Please note refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  
 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:
- custom artwork

-commissioned artwork
